Saint Moritz: a thriving rental market

Switzerland: The rental market in Saint Moritz is thriving. During the high season, Saint Morits becomes a Top-of-the-World destination. The price asked for the rent of a high-level apartment for four people is 4-5 thousand euros per week; the minimum price for a villa for rent is 20 thousand euros. The low season offers a wide range of holiday properties for rent and prices are more affordable: 1-3 thousand euros per week.
San Bernardino offers low cost fares, as it is possible to find apartments for rent that can be rented for 400-700 euros per week. In Thyon 2000 holidaymakers can take advantage of a free week in “Les 4 Vallées” as they can lease a holiday residence for two weeks and pay the price for one week only.
