For those who want to see it with their own eyes, they will have to go near East Croydon station. The choice of location is also very important, as, thanks to this new pearl of modular real estate, this district has been renamed as a '' cultural area ''.
For the construction of the building, different types of techniques and technologies were applied. Such as virtual reality and 3D printing for the various prototypes intended for the corner facade.
But how long did it take to finish it all off? Well, even in this case, you will be surprised. Considering that it took only 39 months!
In short, a record after record, which made the entire project truly incredible.
Furthermore, each residential floor, in addition to hosting the various living spaces, has direct connections with cohousing areas, gyms, social and recreational facilities.
