The houses of the future will be 3D: the novelty from the Netherlands

The Netherlands. The most open country in Europe, often the most discussed. The nation with capital Amsterdam, the land of canals and excesses, of Van Gogh and of the mills.
There are many attractions that take tourists every year to choose the Netherlands to move or spend a relaxing time. For those interested in buying a flat in the Netherlands, there is a big news, all eco and revolutionary.

To cope with one, unfortunately, constant lack of qualified construction companies, the Dutch company Van Wijnen has designed, tested and printed the first 3D houses.

The project was generated by cooperation with the Eindhoven University of Technology, one of the most advanced universities in the field of future technologies.
Public and private, together, with one goal: to market new homes through the robotic 3D printer.
The latter is characterized by an arm capable of shaping concrete structures from scratch, to realize with a design conceived by a group of architects.
The end ? make the construction methods of a building greener and less expensive.

Obviously, we are talking about Eindhoven, the most creative city in Europe. Could therefore lack a large dose of imagination? Of course not !

In fact, we study how to be able to create even "unusual" forms of houses, even with regard to interior spaces, on two or more floors.

It is hoped to release housing to their occupants as early as 2019, while allowing for beauty, comfort, and zero environmental impact.

Holland has always been a nation that has valued and protected the green and its natural spaces. This goal in the real estate field is simply consecutive to an open minded and environmentally friendly.

For the moment, the shape to be assigned to these houses will be of '' large boulder '' to allow the latter to be confused with the surrounding environment. The price is very low compared to standard housing.
