By now you know. We at Realigro are always looking for truly extraordinary news. To make you make a real full immersion in the international real estate market. In all its forms. Reason why, even today we want to share a super news with you. Perhaps the most emblematic, as it is an example of how green living is becoming a real philosophy of life for many. Young people and adults.

So, if you too want to know more, we can inaugurate our column!
Before going into the details that make this recycled house truly super green, it is necessary to take a step back to understand what it actually means to live green. In everyday life, each of us performs infinite actions that can have significant repercussions on the surrounding environment.

Having an eco-friendly attitude means trying to monitor the impacts deriving from our daily actions. In other words: avoid excessive consumption, do not pollute the environment, and reduce the use of those non-biodegradable materials.
Based on the above, it is not surprising how the house we are going to describe can be the maximum achievement of these goals.
But let's get to the heart of this column. To find out what this recycled super house looks like! First of all, we are talking about a '' mini house '', a very small but extremely functional house. After the initial boom of mini houses, recently inaugurated, it seems that this phenomenon is still growing! But that is not all. In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, this mini house also has wheels. In short, super functional!

But where is it? Who conceived it?

The house in question is an old mobile cabin, located in Pennsylvania. The creator of the project, Cody Makarevitzn wanted to create the first economic, mobile and above all eco-sustainable alternative. Let's try to understand what are the strengths of this structure. Although this is a tiny house, there is no shortage of all imaginable amenities. Equipped with ground floor and mezzanine, it has a telescopic staircase that connects the lower area to the mezzanine. Where it is there is a bed and an additional skylight. In addition to all the sustainable materials, such as the compost toilet and various steel siding, the house also features beams from an old barn and objects salvaged from other projects. In short, a perfect mix, which guarantees comfort, completeness, aesthetics but also economy!

In just 14 square meters, it was in fact possible to revolutionize an old hut. And above all, give new life to materials that now seemed to have lost their function.
But what makes this house truly special is the green philosophy that its creator has embraced. A breath of freshness, which seems to be embracing even young people who, looking for a new home, require less comfort and more sustainability.

Who knows if there will be other news similar to this one. We at Realigro can't wait to share them with you! Always here, in your favorite column!
And you, would you ever get a super sustainable tiny house?
