Single and with a cat: ad hoc rentals in Japan

Every time a company decides to immerse itself in a new reality, it does so through a careful study of the target segment. That is, that slice of potential consumers to be satisfied to the maximum, by virtue of their needs. Well, even in real estate the same 'golden' rule applies. Over the years, market segments have in fact been created, modified or even eliminated. Among the new entries we identify the Millennials, who have revolutionized above all the '' classic '' rental contracts, creating the so-called co-living spaces. In an age where everything is possible, the freshest and at the same time unusual news comes from Japan.

Apparently, in this nation, such a large segment has emerged that it has led a construction company to create an ad hoc environment. We are talking about singles with a cat. Although the question may arouse irony, know that the project is real and more than inaugurated. It is a four-handed collaboration between the construction company and a cat care brand. But what will these apartments be like? First of all we are talking about studios of about 30 square meters but with a fundamental feature: they are equipped with all possible and imaginable comforts for our feline friends. In detail, there are: areas where the animal can exercise, others in which to move freely, an area entirely dedicated to grooming, a more `` intimate '' space for needs, and a fun area with all the games that could drive a cat mad with joy.

This collaboration plans to build 12 apartments, to be made available for the rental market. But what most curious people ask themselves, and certainly you too, is the price to be able to sign a similar contract. The total to pay off a month's rent is 60,000 yen, which is about US $ 500. But that is not all ! The roommate and the lucky feline friend can enjoy additional benefits. These include a gift bonus to spend on your pet in any shop dedicated to him.

In addition, we remind you that it is a complex built with eco-sustainable materials. Both the areas created for the well-being of the owner and those for the animal most loved by the Japanese are treated in detail. In short, this news deserved to be shared, especially in a period like the one we are experiencing in which the real estate and construction market seem to be in a phase of stopping. All this gives us hope for a notable recovery in world real estate and… why not, also on an improvement in the study of potential new investor clients.

And you, would you ever buy a new house for your four-legged friend? While waiting for your response, we invite you to follow our blog again!
