House on the moon: the new environmentally friendly projects

Living on the moon is the dream of many children. But apparently even adults have not given up on this fascinating idea. Which is why, today, we decided to focus a column on this very ambitious project. A revolutionary idea that, perhaps, will allow you to live on the moon in a sustainable way. Are you curious to know more right? Well then, if you are ready, we can start our journey in the 'lunar' real estate!

The idea was born from a famous Puerto Rican company, led by its founders: Joshua Castro and Roberto Rodríguez. The project is very simple and complex. The goal is to create a habitable habitat to allow government agencies of the caliber of NASA to carry out tests and experiments in total tranquility. Enjoying a non-adverse surrounding reality. The project was already presented on July 16 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the landing of the famous Apollo 11 on the moon.

So how will the optimal lunar environment be created to achieve this goal? Through new structures called ‘’ Remnant ’’. Usually this term is used to define the set of the remains of a supernova. But in this case these are elements that can lead to a real rebirth and redevelopment of the lunar surface! The structure is not only habitable but also expandable. It also deals with extremely versatile and exploitable structures by virtue of the different moon missions.

Obviously there is a 'maximum' duration of use. Remnant can accommodate a total of eight people over a twelve month period. Also let's not forget the convenience! The lunar property was designed to be easily transportable on any launch vehicle. Its assembly, according to experts, is very simple, considering that the prefabricated parts include a particular assembly system: totally autonomous! This will allow the lucky users of this innovation to perform any operation in total serenity and comfort.
The shape of the structure is obviously cylindrical. It also highlights the presence of cutting-edge technologies that will allow you to maximize the use of existing resources at satellite level. Such as, for example, water and ice, avoiding any waste. In fact, they will be included in fuel production systems, making everything decidedly more ecological.
There is obviously no shortage of concerns from potential buyers. These include the ability to withstand the uneven conditions of the lunar terrain. Despite this, there is no shortage of lenders interested in investing in this cutting edge project. It is hypothesized that by 2028 these facilities will be available, but a minimum expenditure of over a billion dollars per cabin is assumed to reach this milestone.

While waiting to receive news from our team, we invite you to stay tuned on our portal. In the hope that this project can be the guideline to be able to talk in the future about a full-fledged lunar real estate, we will continue to involve you in all the freshest and most particular news of the terrestrial real estate!
