Student Housing and ICT: a new birth in real estate
How much does technology affect real estate? Very much, according to the findings of the main statistical surveys.
A clear example of how this combination is truly successful, can be seen in the works dedicated to the extension of H-Campus.
What are we talking about? Let's start with order. The H-Farm campus, located in the Sile National Park, is one of the most famous and important agricultural estates in Italy. Its geographical location is very strategic, considering that it is only 12 km from Venice airport, 20 km from Treviso airport and 50 km from Padua.
In this location, perfectly connected with the main airports in the area, various real estate projects will be implemented, thanks to the use of ICT.
The H-Campus therefore aims to guarantee young people the necessary foundations to be able to directly support and interact with such pervasive technological change, also forming new professional figures.
To achieve this goal, an extension is planned to allow an extension of the building of 30,000 square meters. All with a redevelopment of volumes of former structures currently in a state of neglect. Furthermore, the student residence, included in the project, will welcome 250 students, together with a sports center of 7000 square meters and other structures that will increase the economic but also social value of the project.
But this glaring example of the close and powerful link that can be established between new technologies and the real estate world does not end here. This fact is destined to be one of the most technologically advanced centers, thanks to the provision of a 5G plant (one of the first in the whole Peninsula) extremely sustainable!
Suffice it to say that thanks to the introduction of photovoltaic storage systems, it will be possible to re-use energy equal to 85% of the necessary needs.
But how can a project also respect the environment by protecting green areas?
Simply dedicating an "area (28 hectares) to the planting of over 3,000 new trees, to protect biodiversity. A clear project, therefore, in which the interest towards new technologies, young people and the challenges of today's society converge, without neglecting the more ecological aspects.
But who has decided to finance this project so virtuous and at the same time demanding in terms of initial financial needs?
The operation was born as an idea in 2017, thanks to the possibility of drawing on a closed real estate fund, not a speculative one. This solution, managed by the Finint group, made it possible to carry out this great project, with substantial financial help.
What to say, an idea really taken care of in every detail: sustainable, innovative and above all excellent to go against the needs of a real estate market that is becoming increasingly diverse.
It is in fact simple to note, as now, new categories of real estate have been created, no longer traditional. But diversified according to the needs of a society that is always ready to ride the wave of change!
