An element that encourages the purchase of a property is also given by the new government policies that, at present, discourage the old non-sustainable structures, by virtue of action plans geared precisely to environmental protection and reduced energy consumption.
The redevelopment of the buildings and the construction of new structures, especially residential ones, do not leave much room for imagination: the real estate market seems destined to follow a trend full of positive signs.

Environmental protection, cutting-edge technologies and the hope of investors that the purchase of a property can prove to be a winning move (as affirmed by the main statistical institutes), are the perfect mix that make it possible to keep the real estate afloat , despite the crisis (which hopefully may have passed and ended by now).
