The most beautiful houses among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the latest news

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, founded in 1946, works to protect the fundamental principles of man, and all that gravitates around him.
On a cultural level, we cannot forget the infinite list of the goods present on our planet that, despite the passing of the years, are bearers of a not indifferent historical baggage. Even the real estate sector, ours, is an integral part of this wonderful parenthesis, and today we have decided to make you discover something more.
Here is for you a short but interesting article on which are the houses recognized as UNESCO World Heritage in 2019!

These are houses, castles and places extremely unique, which will leave you speechless!

Let's start with the first: the house on the waterfall. Also known as the "Kaufmann house". in relation to its owner, is the classic combination of modern architecture and unspoiled landscape. A real jewel immersed in the wildest nature. This property is located exactly above a waterfall, entirely surrounded by vegetation typical of the place, and rocks that guarantee a strong scenic impact.

The architect author of this small enchanted corner, designed the house by taking full advantage of the concept of "organic architecture". which aims to achieve a balance between the artificial environment and nature.
This is a real new entry, considering that only this year has been included in the list of UNESCO houses.

Less young than the previous, but certainly more famous is the famous Casa Batllò, by Antonio Gaudì. The structure is based on a pre-existing building but altered with the surrounding buildings really original. The facade of the building is enriched by the so-called majolica and beautiful glass historians. The balconies instead recall the shape of skulls and human bones, to the point of taking the nickname of "House of Bones". It became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2005.

Italy, on the other hand, spokesman for a considerable artistic heritage, defends itself well, with the Villa Almerico Capra, better known as ''La Rotonda''. The construction is the result of the genius of Andrea Palladio, who designed the house between 1566 and 1567. The typical elements of this structure strongly recall the classical culture. In fact, the Ionic columns, the pediments and statues that recall the main Greek deities stand out. An extremely elegant villa, with shapes and above all a symmetry that have made it a real model to emulate for the architecture of the following centuries.

The same writer Goethe, after visiting it, wrote that he had never seen the architectural art touch the levels of magnificence so high.

Last but not least, are undoubtedly the Castles of the Loire Valley. A complex of about 300 historic buildings that have their birthplace in the tenth century. Built as summer residences for many French nobles, they are currently an attraction for thousands of tourists. The most famous is the Chenonceau Castle, famous for having been inhabited by Catherine de' Medici.

We hope to be able to talk and inform you about how much artistic beauty can be combined with the real estate sector!
