The thermoactive façade: a revolution in real estate

Real estate evolves every day, keeping pace with society. Customer needs have changed, and in all sectors, we are moving towards the concept of ecological homes. The strengths in opting for these low environmental impact alternatives are different.
Today we have decided to introduce a novelty that is very popular in the real estate market and that could be part of the idea of ‘real estate dream’ for all buyers with a green soul.
We are talking about the thermoactive façade.

What do you expect?
The thermo-active façade is a tool that allows to considerably reduce the expenses related to the boiler.
But how does it work? The technology linked to the thermo-active façade is very simple. The walls of structures are made capable of accumulating energy (hot and cold) in a totally natural way. An all-Italian patent, developed by Studio DBM.

The materials used for the realization of this innovative system are various. First of all, the heart is made up of a particular plaster, called ‘’ termointonaco ’’. The latter keeps the temperature at a constant level. Usually we talk about a range between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius. The advantages of maintaining the temperature are closely linked to heat dispersion: decidedly reduced!

The entire system is structured with a coil of pipes, inside which water flows (hot or cold, based on needs). Everything covers the building and is surrounded by an insulating material. A real thermal plant connected in addition to a second one (this time powered by solar energy).
Obviously these are innovative solutions that are well suited to structures that do not enjoy new materials and modern design.

The question then arises spontaneously. Where can this system be applied? This technology can be adopted on all structures, as long as they have concrete walls. It is applicable (but not recommended) to brick structures or historic facades. The risk would be to ruin the aesthetic structure.

But the costs? Should a similar system be installed? Well, the initial expense is obviously not so minimal. Approximately 60 euros are considered per square meter (as a minimum). To these must be added the expenses related to the solar system that requires an ad hoc estimate. Obviously, if you already have this system, this expense will be eliminated.
The advantage is also in terms of economic return on investment, in addition to environmental protection. The times in fact, compared to traditional roofing, are halved. In fact, it has been possible to reach the age of 6 for 13 years.

What to say, this revolutionary wave in the world of green real estate could also include your homes. Why not try it? A solution of this kind could really be for you!
