The number of available properties has also increased compared to the last quarter of 2018, guaranteeing potential buyers a wide range of choices. All made even more attractive by more affordable prices for condominium facilities.
In the month of March alone, 100 structures of extreme luxury were sold at an average price of 1.9 million dollars, reaching the highest historical levels.
It is a "positive wave, for an archipelago that has always been targeted by investors from all over the world.
But what are the strengths that guarantee great attractiveness to these islands?
Without a doubt, the climate is one of the elements that every year pushes many young people, but also fathers of families and entrepreneurs, to move to this land.
 The temperature is almost constant in all the periods of the year and rarely falls below 20 ° C, while the maximum does not exceed 33 ° C. A highly discriminating factor is humidity. Extremely low in winter, which coincides with the high tourist season, and persistent in summer, from May to August.

Even the people are friendly and particularly welcoming, which is why, even the youngest of the Millennials, whom we currently remember represent a large part of the investors, will certainly not be disoriented, neither for the language nor for the local culture and related aspects to administrative bureaucracy.
