Buyers take too long to buy a house - that's what's happening in the real estate market

Whether people are firmly determined or perpetually indecisive, there is an indisputable fact: buyers of new properties take 124 hours to find their dream home and buy it. On an analysis based on a sample of 2,000 potential buyers, it was found that more than 10 days are needed before signing a sales contract.

But what does this almost dramatic increase in the time between the pre-purchase phase and the actual purchase depend on?
Generally it is an attitude resulting from a basic insecurity. Perhaps the nations in which this phenomenon is concentrated do not guarantee a level of transparency such as to allow investors to take that step in total tranquility and serenity.

How can sellers handle this situation? And above all, what could be the solution to allow them to segment their own demand to avoid these stalled phases?
To promote a more rapid meeting between supply and demand, it is necessary to include as many details as possible in your ad, in order to guarantee an overall view that can create a clear and easily understandable picture for all future home owners.

According to statistical surveys in fact, above all the new Millennials, which we know dominate the global scene of the real estate market, dwell on those details that could be extremely discriminating in the selection and choice of a property.

Before opting for a property, buyers aged 21 to 29 devote much time to the detailed analysis of every detail of the property, in the pre-purchase phase. Less time is instead used by the portfolios of men aged 30 to 39 years, perhaps precisely because of more impending needs given both by age but also by the responsibilities limited to the working and / or family sphere.

According to the survey previously reported, it would be more useful for the buyers, and faster for the sellers, to spend more time looking a priori at the details of the property, rather than the physical visit of the same if, already at the start, they are not all present the necessary conditions that give a satisfactory picture of the house in question.
