Rome is the most multi-ethnic city but, with its artistic heritage, attracts many tourists and potential seasonal investors every year.

Even the South defends itself well with the points of diamond respectively in Naples, Lecce and Catania.

This trio attracts mainly art and food and wine lovers, the main focus of all the activities circumscribed in these cities.

Following the trend that has led and leads Italy to be one of the most sought after countries to invest in brick is a useful and convenient advice, especially now that the instability does not allow an excessive offer but low prices that, in the long term will bring a not indifferent advantage.
